I agree w/bigsissie it is not normal to have yellow eyes. You should have your liver tested.

Everyone I’ve spoken to says that the eye is white. Just white. But can they be a slight tint of yellow under the eyelids? My eyes has a faint yellow ring around them, I do have elevated liver enzymes that doctors have just ignored so I haven’t taken them seriously but now I’m about to push them to at least double check and I’m not sure if this is even a thing.

Im 27 weeks. I noticed yesterday the whites of my eyes looked yellow. I thought it might just be me imagining it but when I mentioned it to my boss she said she had also noticed this earlier on in the day that they did. And I only found this out becuase I went to the ER and one reason I went the ER was because I was yellow. My eyes and skin were yellow. I was acute and cleared on my own. If you are acute they say those that go as far to show jaundice druing the acute phase have a better chance at clearing on their own.

I went to the doctors and they said my kidneys were fine, and but now, my vision just keeps getting worse. Should I worry? :[ I've also just overcame anorexia, so I have like no muscle, (which I am buliding up again), but would that also affect my eyes? my eyes are like that also..but the problem is the veinies in my eyes getting bigger and bigger..my optalmologist gave mo genteal i think thats a lubricant but i have this big veines in my eyes that cant be removed.. im sleeping like 8 to 10hours a day..what can i do.. please help me..

I was just reading about Portia DeRossi's anorexia and it says when she was down to 82 pounds she "was told she was suffering from a handful of serious conditions: osteoporosis, organ failure, cirrhosis of the liver and the auto-immune disease lupus." how would anorexia cause cirrhosis does anybody know? I'm just curious because I never heard of that before and was wondering how it was related.

Eats well and lives on twenty acres along w/ pals mule 27 an mare 20. Has two blue eyes one dark and one cold blue, has cancer in cold blue on white side of face. Been treated for cancer but can no longer handle stress of freezing the cancer out.

If your skin overall isn't more yellowish, and the whites of your eyes are still white (not yellow) then you might be looking at a case of a fungal infection rather than jaundice. Poor nutrition is also a possibility.

How do I get rid of these yellow stains in my eyes and the bloodshot thing. I have used visine and it clears up the blodd vessels when I am tired but the yellow remains.
