I prescribed60 mg of adderall but one week I had to take left over phentermine and 10mg adderall and my focusing was great and energy and I still do take 1/3 of phentermine a day.

I went to see my doctor and he put me on phentermine 37.5mg once a day and topamax 23 mg in half doeses twice dailey. I also take adderall 20mg twice Dailey. I asked him if theses two meds who interact with one another and his response was no . I guess my question is how do I safely spread them out during the day. It seems I can't get it right because when I take either or I get very anxious . I already take a anti anxiety med clonazepam for accational panic attacks.

There is street value and addiction to phentermine. Actually, clinical studies have shown that phentermine causes more heart conditions than amphetamine, but Big Pharm and the FDA are in bed together, nobody wants to leave all those billions of dollars left to nutritionists and work out trainers.

Im getting the B-12 and lipo shots as well. Maybe I will still get results if I stop taking the phentermine and stick to the shots. Does anyone have any feedback or advice.

hopefully u have none left and no access to anymore..cut ur ties...phentermine would be similar to cocaine wd...it is an amphetamine and affects the brain in a very similar way...not supposedly physically addicting but the fatigue and depression that follows is often compared to narcotic wd...there is an article in my journal on drugs/supps to help wd from stimulants...tyrosine is very good for this type of wd..good luck and wanna had a good point..what gives this time around?

You had 5 days under your belt and so close to turning that corner, why go back to a taper? I don't know about phentermine other than it's an appetite suppresant. I know it's difficult at first, but i always say it's the price we have to pay for a short time to get better. Don't give in, like madison and cathy said, get back up and be strong. If I understand correctly, Fastin is the same as phentermine, which is an amphetamine. It is only recommended to be used for up to 12 weeks. I wouldn't be surprised if you have developed a tolerance to it.

It worked great for me loosing weight. But, I do have 2 friends that mixed alcohol and phentermine and it was NOT a pretty site. It can increase some of the side effects of phentermine. It makes you have the ability to drink a lot more than you are used to, and it actually made both of my friends crazy in behavior.

I start to have cognitive and mood changes. I skip a dose and then take a half dose the following night to get my sleep back on track and then I am fine. Now I just plan my week to include the no and low dose days. I am close to my goal weight now. Once I reach it the dr will wean me off. I think about the possibility of being addicted. I sure hope that is not what happens. I have a step son who has been battling addiction for 8 or 9 years now. His DOC currently is heroine.

hey ive seen phentermine and its like made from amphetamine im pretty sure. i remember i took it once and thought i was on meth for the day. so id imagine u were havin some withdrwawls.

m curious why more studies have not been conducted to study the correlation between phentermine and acne? Acne is not listed as a possible side effect of phentermine, but phentermine is considered a methamphetamine; methamphetamines are known to causes acne. I am a biology teacher and am frustrated that medical professionals are not confirming the overwhelming reports of acne being associated with phentermine. Is it a conspiracy????

My doctor also prescribed taking metformin(glucophage) in addition to the phentermine and birth control. I have lost about 8 pounds in the last month since taking the phentermine but i dont feel like I am losing enough weight for how little i have been eating.

Did you ask your doctor about taking Phen with your BB? Ask your doctor or pharmacist.. I would never take any type of amphetamine with an arrhythmia; all kinds of things could happen. I think that's what started my major problems with my NSVT runs that made my heart stop.
