red meat, when digested, puts off a lot of
ammonia. With a compromised liver, the ammonia can go right to the brain and cause a brain fog. Eventually, if you eat enough red meat with a damaged liver, and the next stage would be a hepatic coma.
So which is better? A steak, or possibly dying? Your choice. Healthy diet, or horrific side effects that can compromise every aspect of your life? I'm Italian and had to give up red sauce, pizza, meat, and pram cheese. Now my skin looks lovely.
