i recently went looking online for relief and found a product that is highly recommended by users, even those who take levo, and it does contain 225 mcg of potassium iodide. it also has selenium, folic acid,
zinc, b-6, b-12
and copper; ashwagandha, guggul gum
and tyrosine.
should i really not take this?? with all the good (supposed) stuff in there, will the iodine hurt me, or be p*ssed away? i've been so confused about iodine for 17 years and i'm tired of being tired.
