i am taking 10 mg of ilight>ramiprililight> twice daily plus 200 mg of labetolol twice daily plus 10mg of amlodipine once daily plus 25 mg of hydrochlorothiazide once daily plus 10mg of atorvastatin once daily plus 150mg of bupropion twice daily plus 2500mg of metformin daily (over 3 intakes) plus 81mg of asa daily. is that why i'm dizzy?

i was also given a glyceryl trinitrate spray to use when i got the pain and before exercise, now this stops the pain ilight>andilight> tightness. i was recently put on ilight>amlodipineilight> ilight>andilight> stopped my ramipril. Now since starting the amlodipine i no longer get the chest pain.im wondering if this could mean i do have angina and what further test should i ask for to confirm?
