My questions:
1) Blood was drawn at 6pm, did not leave for the lab until after 9am the following morning. Could suspect handling/storage impact HCT readings?
and to increase my dose of beta blocker from 12 to 25 mg. This made me extremely lightheaded so I went back to my prior dose. While I understand that this is probably a temporary side effect of the ablation and medication is this the case. I am taking Altace, Atenolol and Coumadin. Could this be Bradycardia?
It always comes back the same. His HGB ranges from 18 -- 19, his HCT from 53% to 58%, his RBC 6.3 to 6.5. It is not getting worse, it's not getting better, it just bounces around in this range. He really never had bloodwork done before that, so it could have been high longer than that. My husband has no symptoms of anything being wrong with him. No pains or aches -- no shortness of breath.
Why is my systolic blood pressure still high when I am taking Altace. My diastolic blood pressure is normal when I take Altace. Why the difference. Could I have angina since I have had pain in my chest around the heart area and in the middle of the chest. Also, could I have arterialschlorsis from the high systolic blood pressure?

Recently I began to experience tingling in my feet and hands which I attributed to the Diovan HCt (160/25) or diabetic peripheral neuropathy since I had a high fasting glucose last year and a definitely high one this year. I've also suspected I had an allergy to gluten and not IBS as was suggested. Finally after years of diarrhea, increasing pain and reading that a gluten intolerance could cause peripheral neuropathy I cut gluten from my diet.
S AND HCT SLIGHTLY LOW, VITAMIN D DEFICIENCY ...VITAMIN D, 25-HYRDOXY IS 10 (LOW) NORMAL RANGE 30-100 NG/ML, VITAMIN D 25-HYDROXY D3 IS 10 AND D2 IS <4, TRIGLYCERIDES 165 (HIGH), URINE TEST N MAY, JULY AND SEPTEMBER SHOWS POSITIVE FOR LEUKOCYTE ESTERASE, UA, ....WBC'S UA/HPF SHOW 10-25 FOR THE PAST 3 TESTS WITH FEW EPITHELIAL CELLS, NO CASTS OR CRYSTALS..high blood pressure with medication...yesterday result was 145/96.
During this period of time I increased my intake of fish and fish oil and started taking Red Yeast Rice (w/ co-q-10) twice a day. Also during this time my BP med was doubled and HCT was added. I know that HCT can raise cholesterol levels, but usually only at higher doses than I take (12.5 mg per day), and then only on average by 11%.
My diet and weight did not change during the five months between blood work.
I am a 25 year old female.For the past couple months I have been having severe weakness in my legs(its worse in the mornings) and almost every time I pick up something it just falls out of my hands.Sometimes it happens repeatedly.I am currently on 3 medications Vyvance 30mg,Effexor 30mg and Benicar HCT 40mg/25.5mg.Should I be worried about this?Should I consult my doctor?
