a few months ago a rash started developing in localized areas. A ferw spots on my arms and thishs and chest. I thought it was bed bugs, scabies psriosis everything really. Today i woke up to itchy rash just on my thighs where the skin was harvested. i don't know if its allergic reaction to beer, chocolate or what. I took prednisone and everything cleared up accompanied with hydrocortisone cream. any ideas?
I have a slightly red rash that's blotchy but not too noticeable that comes and goes that's located under my ears on the sides of both my neck. It seems as i have the same thing on the back of my neck on my traps. What I noticed is after I constantly use head and shoulders shampoo for a few times it goes away; when I stop using it, it comes back. Any idea what this is?
They seem to be a lighter red and itch a little but not to much. They have now traveled up my neck, armpits, and a couple on my one arm. There seems to be this dry little patch in some of them. Is this an allergic reaction? Or some type of rash? Ask if you need more details or pictures. Please help.
But, my ears were really red, and I had a rash on my cheeks and a little on my neck. My mother took me to the pharmacist, and he gave me some anti-hestimines(?). The redness in my ears went, but the rash on my face is still there. Although, it has subsided somewhat. It has a rough texture, but is neither sore nor itchy. The only way it's bothering me is being there, and being able to see it. However, the redness has disappeared to an extent.
I also have a slight rash on my fingers. The rash appeared in January 2010 after moving into a new house and I still have it. I have seen three physicians, a dermatologist and an allergist and no one can figure out what I have except that they think I am having an allergic reaction to something. I have had steroid shots, prendisone, and another steroid medication that starts with an "m" but I can't remember the name, Zyrtec, Xyzal and Ranitidine.
About 3 weeks ago my daughter developed a rash on her neck and upper chest area. It looked as if she was heated or blushing and it didn't concern me at the time, as it was gone by morning. This rash has come back again every 3-4 days for the past 3 weeks. About 2 weeks ago, my son began developing the same type of rash, but his is on his stomach and abdomin area. Both are itchy, and seem to come and go within 24 hours.
The rashes are very circular in shape, slighlty pink and very close to skin colour, they appear on both her arms and her neck, when touched it feels like normal skin, no noticable bumps or anything, around the size of a fingernail. She sometimes also gets a few rashes on her chest and face, not very large, about the size of a thumb. It seems like an allergic reaction to something as the rash only appears every 3 days or so and stays for around a day.
Hey, around a month and a half ago I just out of no where got these little red dots on the upper part of my shoulders, lower neck at sides, and a few on upper chest. I've never had anything like this happen before, that I can remember. If you look at them close enough, they sort of look like dried out skin, but red. Each one is about 0.

I have tiny little skin-colored bumps on my chest, neck and shoulders.These bumps appear every year during summer on my chest and some on the shoulders, but never before have I had them on my neck and I've never had so many of them. They are scattered around on my chest and shoulders, but are more tightly spaced/appear in clusters on the neck. They aren't noticable when I stand facing the light, but are I stand with my side to the light/window.
I have a strange rash on my neck that started 2 weeks ago. It is very painful. I went to see a dermatologist today. She said she has no idea what it is as it is not itchy but should be but is treating it as an allergic reaction. I told her I am sure that it is not an allergic reaction but she insisted I try the cream. I just put triamcinolon 0.1% on my neck and it burns terribly and now my throat feels tight. Can anyone help with a possible diagnosis? I can provide pictures. Thank you!
I have had a red rash on my neck for at least 6months now. It hasn't really bothered me too much, as I tend to wear my hair down and it's not very visible and also doesn't really itch very much, hence I tend to forget about it! However, it has recently started to irritate me as it does not appear to be going away and is more visible if I tie my hair up. There is also an additional red patch at the base of my hairline at the back that I have recently noticed.

It is true that an HIV infection may present with a rash but at this point you may be worrying unnecessarily. HIV rash are red or dark rash that appears to be slightly elevated.
I know you are highly anxious about this . The more common forms of skin conditions need to be ruled out first. An allergic reaction is diagnosed based on a complete medical history and also, identification of particular triggers.
I woke up this morning and noticed that I had a rash on my neck. It is sparsely spaced on my front neck area and begins to get even more spaced apart as it travels down to my upper chest area. It is also behind both ears, and it seems to be the worst in that area. The bumps are much closer together behind my ears and seem to be more irritated. I haven't changed anything in my lifestyle or product usage OTHER than a mineral body shimmer that I used the two days before the rash occured.
