Male 160lbs. Non smoker, no drugs/no alcohol
-Started hardcore workout program/high protein diet 3
months ago. Upon starting , vomited within first week, i thought it was a 24 hour flu bug or food poisoning.
-After a week off restarted workout program minus Whey protein powder. All was well for about 6 weeks, started up whey powder again and one week later i'm sick again but worse.
