Avatar n tn yeah, I forgot something, I read an article that fat and lots of proteins are good in diet for alcoholic cirrhosis, because taking calories from alcohol makes your body hungry for all the nutritive stuff, so they need to eat proteins and fat. I don't know about that, as I said, I can feel pain when I eat fatty food. Again, hope I helped.

Avatar f tn ve been having difficulty on eating as much as I should. I burn,depending on what I do at the gym, either 750 calories or 1000 per day, and I consume 1000 or 1100 per day. I try, REALLY try to consume more but I'm never hungry. And I didn't care until it started affecting my period (funny how I started going to the gym 3 months ago and I've been missing it for 2 months, so this has to stop!). Starving myself is another thing I often do because I don't feel hungry. I occasionaly use laxatives because I feel I have ate too much and will need help getting it out. The problem is I often don't feel well when I eat. On my most fat days consume about 3,000 calories. On some days I consume as little as only 200 calories.
