Avatar f tn I'm 26weeks 4days and I've gained 10.5lbs. I'm 5'5", was 110 before pregnancy. This is baby #4.
Avatar f tn ve been having difficulty on eating as much as I should. I burn, depending on what I do at the gym, either 750 calories or 1000 per day, and I consume 1000 or 1100 per day. I try, REALLY try to consume more but I'm never hungry. And I didn't care until it started affecting my period (funny how I started going to the gym 3 months ago and I've been missing it for 2 months, so this has to stop!). So , any advice as to what should I do? should i reduce my time at the gym?
Avatar f tn I know at age 4 she should not be on a diet, but am curious as to how many calories she needs to achieve a normal BMI over time?
Avatar f tn You surely should not drink any alcohol at all while taking pain medication, or any medication for that matter.

Avatar n tn You may consult a nutritionist and get a diet chart made which will provide you adequate calories in a healthy way. Avoid taking any supplements as they can be damaging to both your physical and mental health. If you are having a good diet and are free from any illness you should not be worried about your weight. It is also advisable to rule out conditions like hyperthyroidism, diabetes mellitus and worm infestation which can lead to unintentional weight loss. Best Wishes!
Avatar f tn Her weight is just above the 25th percentile for her age which is still on the growth chart and not underweight. I am not sure if the height measurement is correct because that would bring her very much above the 95th percentile. Here are some suggestions for additional calories and protein: Put melted cheese on her vegetables, and pasta. Try yogurt smoothies (yogurt, fresh fruit and frozen fruit blended together) to give her daily.
684030 tn?1415612323 Could you please add Treadmill to the exercise chart where the activities are listed on the Exercise Tracker? I know that Walking is listed. However, resistance walking on a Treadmill is a different and more intense work-out than typical non-resistant walking. Thanks!
Avatar f tn I workout for at least one hour 5 days a week (usually running or interval training) and on average usually burn about 750-850 calories. I was just wondering how many calories I need to consume daily to safely reach my target weight ( perhaps a pound a week?) and to keep it off.
Avatar n tn You need to go to a dietician and plan a neat diet chart. If you want to lose weight plan a diet chart of around 1800 calories per day and lose around 300-500 calories per day in a sustained and continuous way. Over a period of time you will lose and do not consume fats, junk food, fast foods, sweets, desserts, ice creams, deep fries, fatty meats etc. Take care!
Avatar m tn I love the food tracker... But, I was surprised and somewhat disappointed that a charting system wasn't included. A food chart where daily intake (calories, carbs, protein and fat) could be logged and tallied would be great. Thanks!
Avatar f tn I want to loose 20kg within 2 months. How it is possible?? Give me a diet chart.
Avatar n tn prichard16 - yes, the types of calories makes a difference. While I agree with caregiver222, that 1000 calories is 1000 calories; if you make that 1000 calories a mix of fruits, veggies, dairy, lean meats, nuts, etc --- you will be much healthier and more likely to lose weight than if you get that 1000 calories from 5 candy bars (200 calories/each) throughout the day........... there's a huge difference........
1390511 tn?1279909938 I'd like to be able to see the daily calories counted displayed in a graphic chart. It seems like I saw this on the introduction to the site but cannot find it in the web design. Also It' would be great to track in a graphic the calorie breakdown and Protein, Carbohydrates, and fats. Sometimes, I find I am eating the right amount of calories without noticing that it's all carbs... Please advise...
Avatar n tn So let me ask this....if a man consumes drugs and alcohol would the ingredients of the drugs and alcohol be present in the womans urine analysis after she consumes his sperm?
897494 tn?1267476064 A slight correction in the above post is 500 calories less than for your age, type of work and height, i.
362249 tn?1441315018 Alcohol can trick you. It has calories so must be taken into account in your daily caloric counts but it does dehydrate you. Providing you don't drink alcohol the next day you will rehydrate and be back where you should be providing you didn't immensely go over your calorie intake. I just count it as it is since I weigh in daily.

Avatar f tn increasing exercise, lowering calories, changing the types of food I eat.... What can I do to break through this plateau? I am a female and my body fat is about 6.14% ( or so they say) maybe a little more, would this be preventing weight loss?
1555116 tn?1294483683 If weight loss comes about by burning more than you eat, how can this be possible, especially on such a healthy diet and exercise plan, and particularly without all those alcohol calories? Any help anyone could give would be very much appreciated.
Avatar f tn Look for little things to cut out of your diet to make the calories you intake to be less than the calories your body burns. Replace those things with negative calorie foods if you find yourself hungry. Everybody, old and young, dieting to lose weight or maintaining weight should get at least 15 minutes of exercise everyday to protect themselves from the dangers of heart disease. The best excercise is the one you will always do.
