I have a real sensitive stomach and immune system, and am allergic to a lot so I would think that you can handle most of these. The best working were the Daytrana, Adderall XR, and Vyvanse, and the Adderall you are taking may be different than what I take(XR) The other Adderall hurt my stomach and made me sick if I didn't eat, but I have no problem with the XR.
So my doctor put me on adderall xr starting at 10 mg. She increased it only by 10mg or less at a time. So I went up to 20 mg and now have been on 25 mg since august 2011. The 25 mg is doing good by the benefits and less symptoms I've had but only last 8 hrs. I had side effects with adderall in the beginning but they were not as intense and long term as vyvanse. Right now I don't have any side effects except if I get less than 7 hrs of sleep then I do get tired even on the adderall xr.
No easy answer here. First I assume you mean Adderall XR? Let me know if you don't because the next sentence is about XR. Most Charts list 50mgs as the maximum dose. And weight really has less to do with the dosage then one would think.

After reading everything written on here I'd figure I'd share my two cents. I'm a 26 year old woman who has been on adderall for almost 6 years (given a month or so every year I wouldn't be on it just bc it was summer). I take 30mg of XR once a day. Of course it had nothing it's minor side affects, but nothing extreme.
Hey, I was prescribed generic 10mg Adderall 1x per day by my psych, but when I tried it I felt slightly dizzy with ear stuffiness (the type when you fly on airplanes) accompanied by sharp, inner ear pain (in both ears). This lasted about 1.5 months.

I'm prescribed 80mg xr adderall a day. 60mg/am 30mg/pm I've been on that dose for awhile plus I've been taking a higher dose of busbars (30mg 2x/day). 80mg isn't as effective anymore my tolerance to any drugs builds quickly (anything from motrin to antibiotics to xanax and adderall) the 80mg isnt effective to the point where if I want to go to sleep I can. I'm on Adderall 10 mg tab (not XR) 2x daily for my ADHD but it seems really weak, especially in the morning. I'm also taking generic Zoloft at 75 mg a day in the morning with breakfast simultaneously with the Adderall. Also, I've been on Adderall before without Zoloft and it seemed to be more effective, though I was on a 15mg morning regimen.When I take the Adderall in the morning with I barely feel a difference, except a very minor dry mouth.

Adderall XR 25 milligrams , dextrostat 10 milligrams for afternoon, and effexor (75)for mild depression, mind you. ( I think the adderall was causing the havoc made him tired all the time and rollercoaster mood swings. ) So, got recruited to college for golf but couldn't function for 18 holes.
I stopped taking my perscription to adderall xr 30mg two weeks ago since my semester at college was over. I was taking this dosage for almost three months. Since I have stopped, I have noticed fatigue in the morning along with a foggy thought process through out the day. Is this normal? And how long does this withdrawl last for?
