3 years ago I was told I had Mitral vale prolapse my doctor said it was most likely because of my anxiety and did not seemed worried. I still take adderall and he still prescribes it even though I have MPV should I be worried? Has anyone else taken it and have MVP too?

After reading many stories on-line of pregnant women taking adderall, I decided to start taking it again after the 3rd month at 1/2 the dose, which is 10mg a day. I have been taking 20 mg amphetamine, generic adderall, periodically for the last few months. When I take it, I get very noticeable shrinkage. I have been on Vyvanse for a while now. And was worried when they doctor said it was very similar to Adderall XR. But he promised me that the issues I was having with feeling ill, insomnia, and no appitite would lessen on Vyvanse. And that the nasty, gross stimulant feeling I got from Adderall would go away.

SWIY uses approx. 20-100mg of Adderall XR somewhere between 2-5 days per week (Usually chewed orally, sometimes just swallowed, sometimes crushed and snorted). For the last year or so, I have noticed that while I am on my adderall, 30mg tab po bid, I often can detect a strong amonia like odor if I sweat. If I take a hot shower while washing my hair I can sometimes smell it. I have also noticed that I have been having difficulty with bowel movements. In the past two weeks I have only had a very small movement every 4 days. I also have itching and burning on the outside area of my rectum.
