After reading many stories on-line of pregnant women taking adderall, I decided to start taking it again after the 3rd month at 1/2 the dose, which is 10mg a day. Does anyone believe that after the crucial period of development, lets say in your 6th month, would it be okay to do things you wouldn't do in the beginning? Like, take your meds (adderall), or have a glass of chardonnay? Once every weekend? I am in conflict, being that I am 6 months today.

ive had a serious head injury in 2003 and have impacted wisdom teeth. i've been prescribed adderall IR (not XR sorry) few months before the head injury and adderall worked fine. could be physiological as one psych RN told me. It all started about Wed (02/08/17) morning when I woke up, as soon as I sat up I had a strong urge to gag and did but didn't vomit. Take your blood pressure after the adderall kicks in. I really wonder why you need the Ephedrine. The Adderall will raise your heart rate. The Ephedrine will raise it higher. You would have to be in fantastic shape to withstand not doing damage maybe even unrepairable damage to yourself. Please be careful. More is not better.
The numbness and lightheadedness are probably caused by orthostatic hypotension (yes, the stimulant can cause a significant DROP in blood pressure, bradycardia and tachycardia). Try not to consume alcohol for atleast 5 hours after your last adderall dose. Keep your blood volume adequate by staying hydrated and nourished. Never take a "sustained release" version of adderall, no matter what the pharmaceutical companies tell you.

re a bit young to be having a heart attack since that usually comes from years of plaque build up in the blood vessels. But a blood clot could cause a heart attack too.
Considering everything else that's going on in your life, it could have been an anxiety attack which can feel like a heart attack. "But I don't feel anxious" you say. People who have anxiety attacks rarely feel wound up or nervous at the time.

Adderall can cause anorexia,weight loss and abdominal pain but it causing taste of blood in mouth is not documented.You are having dysguesia i.e bitter or bad taste in mouth. It can be due to dental caries, gastro-esophageal reflux disease,sinusitis causing post nasal drip,salivary glands infection,pharyngitis or strep infection, medications like antibiotics, vitamins and antidepressants, poor oral hygiene, copper or lead toxicity and Sjogren’s syndrome.Can you identify any of these?
Maybe the drop in BP is related to the switch from Adderall to Ritalin. Adderall is known to increases blood pressure by a lot so stopping it will of course drop your BP.
I would continue to monitor your BP and see. If the blood pressure keeps getting lower then I would report back to your doctor but I'm pretty sure it is due to no more Adderall and new Ritalin.

Since starting Adderall in 2003, I've had stomach compulsions and chest pains which was thought to be Acid-Reflux and my doctor prescribed me to Nexium, it did not help and I stopped taking it in 2005.
ok im a hyperchrodia i know this now...but do any of you constantly check your blood pressure and heart rate..i woke up this morning and my blood prssure was 90/70 and heartrate was 111 i felt kinda week....its gone up now but sometimes it goes high like 140/86...then it goes normal it scares me....my heart rate goes up cause im on adderall and my anxiety gets so bad and im on prozac..been on prozac two months and i cant tell it doing much neither is the adderall......
WOW a adderall person. I was snorting the adderall with my 12 yr methedone. although I did not start the ad until the last three years. I went c/t from it all plus the benzo. Was not a fun ride. Although I have heard that adderrall is not that bad to come off of because it does not do the same tings that the opiates/methedone does. Have you talk to a DR??Did you need this med or using it to get the Buzz like I did...There are some here on this post that know more about this drug then I do.
