Assumed it was a hemorrhoid so paid no attention to it. Just occasional blood in stool. In the past few months, there is more blood with stool and she has mostly diarrhea when she goes. Not a lot of formed stools now.
OK so about a month ago, there started to be small amounts of mucous with the stool (and still blood). Now in the past 2 weeks, the blood and mucous are even more volume. and it is every time.

I was diagnosed with Crohn's at 18, I'm 27 now. For the last 2 days I've been experience blood in my stool. I'm kind of worried it could be something serious. I've had crohn's flare ups and the pain is excruciating but the blood in stool hasn't come with any pain so far. I'd love to hear anyones opinion.
The opiates have helped with this, I know, but lately, there has been dark red, sometimes black parts to my stool. And more often now, mucus covers the stool, also. And a lot of it. I am becoming more and more scared every time I go now, which is only a few times a week, and the pain has been unbearable for too long now. So plz help! Advice, anything, would be much appreciated.

It started with a diarrhea, i had loose stool and blood in it. I saw a doctor and doctor gave medicine and told if the blood stops with the dysentry, then it is a water-borne bacterial infection otherwise it could be something else. But it got cured in few days. But now i again see blood in my stool. I think it happens because of water from a nearby hotel of our room. I stay with my friends in a flat and take our dinner outside in a hotel nearby.

Female in mid-40's. For 2-3 wks I've had mucus and/or blood when I go to the bathroom. Many times I don't pass any stool, just globs of mucus and blood clots. First had more mucus, now more blood. I have had external hemorrhoids in the past but have not had a flare for a yr and half but have never experienced bleeding, only inflammation. I am a male in mid-thirties. I have been producing (red) blood in my stool in varying degrees for the past two years. Its never black and its always fresh and on the ends of the stool. Sometimes its there and sometimes not. This week however the ammount of blood present has almost doubled and I have passed a couple of clots (deep red) one the size of my thumb.

he is passing very sticky stool and SCARIEST part is that we have seen BLOOD in his stool more than 4-5 times... not in huge quantity, but the stool was coated with bright red blood... and he weeps a lot and is in severe pain while passing the stool.. also he is passing stool in intervals and every time he does that he is passing very less stool.. this is becoming a very serious cause of concern for us..

I am noticing, for the last three days, blood coming along with stools( not in insignificant quantities) .The colour of the blood is light red and thin,but the stool is normal in colour and size and shape.There is no pain in the whole process.A week back, just before I had this pain I had a difficult bowel movement one day because of outside food,as I was travelling.But previous to that the stool was was absolutely normal.

This has been going on for 3 months, I was trying to wait for my insurance to kick in (November 1st) and have a colonscopy scheduled the second week of November. Everything I read online says I probably have cancer, and this worries me. I have trouble containing bowel movements, almost incontinent sometimes.
