I was put on a hormone replacement because I was suffering about 3 months ago (Activella) which saved me. Since January I work out 3/4 times a week, practically a vegan with an occasional chicken or fish. Now it's 2 months into this and I again teater on 138-142. What is going on????? I'm doing everything right but not loosing that extra 10 lbs that I don't want.

He only told me that because of my myopic streached retina the blood supply in that area was to weak and that the photoreceptors died. Even though it is not a gel patch, problems can result. The medication is not evenly distributed over the suface of this flat patch, and more can be in one part than in another....not too mention, like someone said, it'll likely not be too helpful to go down by 50% in dose anyway.

Daughter has Duragen patch and I was reading up on it. It is a laid on patch which helps to explain her 90 minute surgery (with another hour for the prep). It says this patch is totally absorbed by the body I was wondering how long that takes? Once it is absorbed can there be a leak?
