Do the pills look the same, or did your pharmacy switch companies? I get one of my medications at 2 different pharmacies. They're the exact same medication and the exact same dose but they look completely different at one pharmacy. And one pill is bigger than the other so I know it has more fillers in it.

I know drinking some pop or coffee is okay but I wouldn't recommend any kind of energy drink. Those are horrrrible for you and especially for baby.

I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you asking if the individual ingredients in the Levo you're taking affect the way it's metabolized? Or are you asking if Levo affects your metabolism in general?
If your blood tests are optimal and you still have symptoms of hypothyroidism, either your labs aren't really "optimal" (in range isn't the same as optimal) or something else is causing the symptoms.
