I am trying to get something in writing to show that this decision does not follow within the accepted guidelines for treatment of his form of Hepititis. I believe the Dr. in Az. may have made this decision not realizing he did not have a 12 week blood sample. My son is 43 years old and in otherwise good health. He has not had any symptoms of Hep C nor has he had any side effects from the treatments.
I have osteoarthritis in my neck moderate and mild in lower back. Can and adjusment help? will they even do an adjustment me? i seem to be losing sensativity in my legs but dont know if iy du to oa in back nad neck.any help would be great. thank you.

Anyone out therer suffering from acr and pituitary tumor,who went through transsphoidal surgery. And would like to chat about it.
I was under the impression that my urologist was sending me to a hospital where I would undergo my IMRT so I have been asking the radiology department questions. They are ACR certified - does that many anything to anyone here? As it turns out, he isn't sending me to the hospital where he saw me, but rather a new center that treats only prostate cancer. The woman I spoke to at this center said the doctors own the facility and that they have been working in this area for 20 + years.
There is a heterogeneous calcification in the right breast at 2 o'clock middle depth.
No other significant masses or calcifications are seen in the breast.
IMPRESSION: ACR BI-RADS CATEGORY 4: SUSPICIOUS
The heterogeneous calcification in the right breast is suspicious of malignancy. A stereotactic biopsy is recommended.

Individuals with very painful OA joints may require surgery such as fragment removal, repositioning bones, or fusing bone to increase stability and reduce pain.
While the treatment of choice is levothyroxine (I didn't see Synthroid mentioned in the document - simply L-thyroxine), options are left open to the treating physician, based on patient need.

Doesn't Incevik have it's own guidelines for treatment? I'm not sure if it's fair to you to compare your results w/ SOC and apply that to your current treatment. I do hope the best outcome for you.

There is no direct relationship between shellfish and contrast allergies. In fact, the American College of Radiology (ACR) Manual on Contrast Media states:
Patients with shellfish or povidone-iodine (e.g., Betadine) allergies are at no greater risk from iodinated contrast medium than are patients with other allergies (i.e., neither is a significant risk factor).
I have heard of this but had hoped that pain patients would be grandfathered in. Also the CDC guidelines were just that guidelines, not law. This is a nightmare for all pain patients and will force them out on to the streets for help.
Tamoxifen is always recommended following radiation after lumpectomy when the tumor is ER/PR+. The usual course of treatment is for 5 years. This is the standard medical treatment in cases as noted above ... I can't imagine it NOT being recommended by any publication; unless of course the tumor was found to be ER/PR neg. Then it would be of no value. Regards ....
