t use anything with benzol peroxide! It made my face worse! At walmart they have a Johnson and Johnsons face wash for 5 bucks! It works awesome!! It's doesn't have all those harsh chemicals in it! Hope this helps!!

Sunday. This issue leaves my face with a glossy look, and is disgusting to the touch, for lack of a better term. I've tried many facial exfoliates. Nothing. I still have the same results as if I never used a product to begin with. I've gotten past my acne stage. The re-occurrence of my acne normally is biased off of what I eat and drink, which I've been closely watching. I have used Pro Active products, as well.

Anyway, I use generic brand of Cetaphil to wash my face and a face lotion that is for sensitive skin and is noncomedogenic. I get the walmart brand of both. I stopped because ingesting so much vinegar had me worrying what it could do to my body and even though I drank through a straw, I worried for my teeth. No to both questions. I have tried everything. i use a non soap cleansing bar for sensitive skin. I have taking several diffrent types of over the counter and doctor prescribed anhistamines. It is alot worse after a shower, ecspeacially if i use any kind of cleanser to wash my face. I have tried speacial creams that I use right after i get out of the shower to keep my skin for drying out really bad. I also use Verdeso foam. I don't know what else to do.

Hi, I have suffered with extremely oily acne prone skin since I was a teenager-I'm now 42. What I use in the evening is Serious Skin Care's glycolic cleanser with dry hands and dry face, rinse, and then follow cleansing with the Daily Ritual Cleanser also by Serious Skin care with a wet face and hands. After cleansing with both cleansers I apply Nature's Cure for Females 5% benzoyl peroxide to my entire face. I also take the Nature's Cure pills AM and PM.

I also dry my face with a paper towel/kitchen roll sheet instead of a towel as I find it is cleaner than towels, could this be making my acne worse as small bits from the paper towel/kitchen roll sheets could be sticking to my face and clogging pores?

I started using an all natural soap and coconut oil. I use African black soap for my face and body then the coconut oil for a moisturizer. Nothing else worked. I found all the department store brands or drugstore brands made it worse due to all the chemicals. My skin is now better than it has been in years! Try it.

No cortisone cream is for like itchy irritated skin. It helps sooth and heal it. My I do use apricot scrub for my acne it helps. And put a good lotion on after. If you have acne all over your body you could buy a bar soap that has benzoyl peroxide in it. And wash you body with it. It kind of dries your skin out so you want to make sure you have some good lotion.

A thick gritty exfoliator mixed with an acne face cleaner will do the trick! I use Vichy Normaderm Deep Cleansing Purifying Gel for acne prone skin and St. Ives Naturally Clear Apricot Scrub for blemish and blackhead. Good luck!

Did you try a new makeup or cleansing product on your face? Is it broke out in a rash or acne? Acne is not uncommon in pregnancy due to all the hormone changes. If it's a rash I would check with your doctor or midwife.
