The other option is biofeedback therapy. Also have you been able to identify a trigger for your attacks?

For acne, I was prescribe 6 months of accutane - which did wonders for my facial/body acne. However, in the last couple of years I have struggled with controlling back acne. For sweating, when I was 20 I received botox injections in my forhead and armpits - which worked well. Not amazingly, but helped for sure. I had been getting injections every 6 months.

It would be unusual to get acne on your arms, this is more likely to be keratosis pilaris rubra. However, Retin-a is also effective for this condition.

Ask your doctor to try you on Minocycline to see if maybe you have bacteria in your skin. I do get to go see another Dr. in a few weeks.....wish me luck!
This all started with a good old fashioned case of acne on the inner hip back in January...I live in an exceptionally cold winter climate (temps of 20 to 30 below F are not uncommon) and those first few weeks trying to find clothing that was soft enough to not irritate the acne was a challenge to say the least.
