acne scars pigmentation

which leads me to the conclusion that my pigmentation issues are very deep. Scars like boxcar scars usually come from acne. Please help me!

here the climate is tropical type...i had severe acne...but nw itz gone...bt left with dark n re patches and deep scars....so my dermatologist prescribes me few cream like DEFLORATE n DEMELAN....bt im gettn no reslt....so i tried to use lemon juice as people say one of the best natural remedy...after using fr 1 month i didnt get any reslt as such....i avoid exposure o sun rays....i drink water abt 6 liters a day...

Yes, but not hyper pigmentation, hypo pigmentation. At the moment i honestly do not mind it. I've redefined a couple of things here and there and no longer have an issue with it. In mild cases the pigmentation returns. So i expect in more extreme cases the pigmentation will return in some way or another. But i'll keep you updated. And thanks for responding.

Does anyone know about the scarring after-effects of accutane? I've read several reports of scarring left after it's use.
