acne remedies honey

Im in desperate need of some home remedies that will take care of the acne on my forehead. It is so embarrassing and annoying! I am used to using astringent and other topical ointments from my dermatologist but since becomming pregnant ive stopped since some products can be dangerous. Ive asked this question before but have yet been successful at getting rid of it.. any suggestions would help greatly! Currently i am using clean and clear for sensitive skin.

I’ve tried various over the counter acne washes and my doctor even prescribed me a 5% benzoyl wash, which did not even do anything. I’ve also tried home remedies like aloe Vera and putting lemon juice. I also tried lemon and honey for my hyperpigmentation but sadly it did not work. I really have bad acne scars and there’s still some active acne. I really don’t know what to do anymore to the point that I’m starting to thing that this problem will last me a lifetime and won’t be cured anymore.

I have heard of raw honey working well also.

The sores you experience by your belly button is what my dermatologist called "Contact Acne". Where ever your clothing are chaving your body, there you will get a rash or like in my instance boil like sore and when they open up leaves a hole in the skin. I am now avoiding wearing jeans, skirts and pants that chaves me around my middel. My scalp also gets these sores which is due to shampoos and conditioners containing "Sulpher" related chemicals.

I have been dealing with acne for the past 8 years and can totally relate with all the chemical (oral/topical) remedies for acne. I finally wanted to find a natural, long-lasting cure. I switched to a vegan diet 5 months ago, have now introduced a raw diet in order to treat my acne from within. I read about many natural treatments like apple cider vinegar, baking soda masks, clay, and stumbled across honey+turmeric masks and moisturising with oil (I use jojoba oil).

You can take honey or apply some balm on your throat and put a scarf around your neck to keep ot warm.

A brand of tea called stash makes a lemon ginger tea. I add a tablespoon of honey to it. Honey is supposed to be good for everything. It really soothed my daughters cough when she was sick. Luckiky I didn't get the last 3-4 colds that got the rest of my family. I swear its the prenatals.

do not try a hundred things for use acne to go, trust me, i had acne too, letting it heal naturally is best. or you could try some home remedies- dry neem leaves, powder them. apply with very little water, make paste out of it. worked for me.

Hi ladies! A natural route you can go is Apple Cider Vinegar. Make a cup of hot water and real lemon juice and put a couple of tablespoons of the ACV. It doesn't taste good but to make it easier to go down you can put honey in it. I use raw honey. Apple Cider Vinegar is great for you! Helps kill bacteria and wash out toxins. You must and I mean must buy the real stuff. BRAGGS Brand. It will say it has "the mother" in it. It will be cloudy looking. Do this a couple of times a day.

I just got over a bad cold. I did warm water with honey and a little lemon. Honey to soothe and lemon to kill the germs. Throat felt a lot better after that. I also took Tylenol for head congestion and lots of water and orange juice. And make sure to get a lot of rest. Hope you feel better soon.

I suggest chamomille tea and a tablespoon or two of raw honey stirred in. Or a warm steam shower. I'm all about natural at first lol.
