First of all here is an image with a close up inset: http://i41.tinypic.com/afc6bk.jpg This spot appeared around three months ago. It is actually darker and more bruise like than the photo. It has always been painful. A sharp stabbing pain under pressure. In the past three days the pain is fairly constant without it being touch it's not a dull ache. The spot has also become warmer than the rest of my skin. When pressed it feels like a fluid filled blister under the skin.

This is really more of a curiosity question than anything. It's a bit strange and I've always wondered what these were. Ever since I can remember, I've had at least one or two of these small, slightly raised, pinkish-red bumps on my hands. They do not cause any discomfort whatsoever and they blanch when pressure is applied. But the strangest thing is that they go away and appear on other places on my hand! This is actually why I asked the question in the first place.

The photo of the rash was sufficiently self explanatory. Anyway, by this time she started taking anti-biotic and it improved her situation little bit. Thanks.

I also have very oily skin and cystic acne. I was taking antibiotics for 7 years but I started having stomach problems and had to stop taking them, and am currently taking spironolactone but it is not entirely effective and I'm not comfortable with all of the risks. My dermatologist suggested PDT acne treatment and told me that it would not bring me out of remission, but I'd like as much input as I can get. Would the side effects of PDT bring me out of remission or is it safe?

I do not have bumps like this, however, I do have acne. I believe this started out like a pimple When looking at it, you notice the pin hole, but that's about it. If it weren't for that, I don't think you would notice it unless you rubbed my arm. It isn't raised. You can feel the bump underneath the skin, more like a cyst. It feels like a ball. I do see my doctor regularly for acne along with depression.

Hi, I have some itchy acne and blisters on my foot. It started by having dryness between my toes and now I have acne on the sole of my feet. It increased since I start to work out in gym. Please let me know what's this disease and what's the treatment.

Health anxiety is right. This is probably an acne cyst. Just leave it alone and stop fretting about it. It will likely diminish in time.

I got what looks like a cyst on the back of my neck about a year and a half ago and i get what looks like cyst acne on my face and neck and my girlfriend just told me she has a cyst on her armpit it looks like the same thing is this anything serious

I always assumed the little bumps on my back was acne however, I now have a few on my chest and my back gets a little itchy now whereas before it didn’t. My back is a bit oily to the touch. I have a boil in the back of neck that I negligently tried to pop four days ago. It got irritated and I've been applying acne medication to it, and instead of that, I've now been applying neosporin, and left a band-aid over it last night. The irritation has gone down a lot after doing that, and it feels hard but is getting flatter, no pain at all(never was actually), but is still red as you can see, as it is healing.

I used photowonder to edit it. Its a phone app go down load it. My pictures look profectional. Start by cropping your photo, then go to beautify and click on Better skin and adjust the scroll bar to the way you like it. Then go to effect and find the one you like and adjust it I like urban down low its nice. You can also spot out acne and blemishes but always do that FIRST after cropping though.

and not to mention exhausted, nausea, oh yes acne; never had that one before but now I have a huge belly and look pregnant with acne!! All in the past few months?? Any help would be greatly apprecriated???

t really tell bkitty, the photo is quite unfocused...I see its on his lower jaw, but you say its red and blister like...so that doesn't sound like feline acne..I really don't know, it would have to be examined by a Vet I'm afraid....is it possible he got burned off something????? sorry can't be of more help.

I don't usually get acne, but get a pimple from time to time. About 36 hours ago, before going to sleep, I noticed a small group of bumps on my face. I instantly thought "where did this come from!?". It is located in the area below my lower lip (left side), above my chin. They don't itch, they don't look like regular acne. This has not happened to me ever. I'm 31 yrs old, male, and usually have clear skin on my face.

Are my pores that big that they are able to contain dirt? I’ve tried using different acne products to see if it was the acne solutions that were causing it, but even when using different products, I still get the black spots. I looked at a similar question on here regarding someone having black specs on their face, and someone said it was chromhidrosis. But I don't believe I have that, my black spots don’t "ooze" or anything...

I was getting REALLY REALLY bad cyst type of acne when I was having my major ovarian cyst problem. I figured it was my hormones a WEIRDED out! Since I had it removed my cyst type cyst went away. BUT I have a few scars from them, which really stinks! & they HURT SOOOOOO BADDDDDDD! They were GROSS, & mostle on my jaw line & kneck! Ughhhhhh! I have gotten a few small ones while I was on my 2 medicated cycles, but not too bad. Hormones play a BIG role!

Hi... In the past few days I've noticed this weird looking bug bite, acne, or something else on my back. I can't tell you when I got it originally but i know it had to be within the last week. I didn't notice it until last Thursday, Friday time. So about four days ago. The photo was taken today (so four days after finding it). Basically its scaring the crap out of me because I showed it to my father and he was acting like it was skin cancer or something. Any help would be awesome.
