what cream can I use to get rid of bumps had it for five years and now one is becoming bigger by the day.
Or is it raised due to there being left over mole deeper in the skin? Also, if I leave this scar alone, and just keep applying vitamin E oil/cream and using my Silicone Strips, will it flatten and revert to the normal skin tone overtime?
I'd appreciate it if anyone took the time to respond, I need some opinions.
Hello doctor. I really hope I can get some helpfull advice, since I haven't found any in a year. I had gotten a tatto on my thigh about a year ago and it got infected. (MRSA probably) I got 3 boils on the area. Went to a doct, was prescibed antiobiotics and all went away. The only problem is that I have 3 purplish scars left that just won't go away no matter what I do. They are a little unflattened, and dark purple.
The bumps look like acne with no pus. I wash my hair daily. I havent used any new products. Are these red bumps due to scalp folliculitis? What is it? Is there any treatment? I like to keep my hair short(military). Any advice would be appreciated.
i understand that the best tthing to do would be to come to terms with it and find someone that can accept it as well but im only 23 and i wanna be able to have fun and not be concerned with such a small imperfection i was watching videos on laser scar removal and the resaults were very good and im sure that it would clear up my situation but what i was wonder is if were even possable to treat that area of the body with laser or if there were any other options for scar removal in that area id be

After surgical removal of the mole, you should apply the steristrips for atleast 2weeks after the surgical removal. In some cases it may have to be applied for 3 weeks. I suggest you to consult your operating and then only stop using them. After that, moisturize and massage the area with Vitamin E oil or light weight moisturizer to accelerate healing and reduce scarring.

Treatment of AKN includes suppression of the inflammation with antibiotics and steroid gels or intralesional steroid injections.So apply antibiotic cream like Neosporin or bactroban.
The treatment for post inflammatory hyperpigmentation includes various skin creams like hydroquinone, azelaic acid, corticosteroids, tretinoin cream and laser treatment.Apply hydroquinone cream on this scar and it should go away in a few days to months.If it still persists then you can go in for laser treatment, Chemical peeling or microdermabrasion. Avoid picking, harsh scrubbing, and abrasive treatments unless prescribed by a dermatologist during this period.

I have a huge acne scar on my laugh line on my left cheek, The skin has been peeling off, but it still gets irritated easily and makes the scar look red. Will this prevent the scar from healing? Is this part of the healing process? It burns when I put any products on it and when I touch the area. It has been over a week since I first had the mark, but usually my scars don't get irritated so easily after a week. They are usually gone by then. Should I be worried that this might never fade?

i have this wedding to go this month and i have two dark scars right up my lips which shows up (also with make-up on) not that its too dark but once i go out in light , i can see them so ofcourse its really visible. i got them by using the hair removal cream "nair". though it was my fault of using nair right after waxing my upper lips. i have tried bio-oil and ambi ... but didnt really showed me expected results... any help would be appriciated . thank you .
