I started my Diane 35 contraceptives a week ago. I have been told that after taking it for a week I can have unprotected sex but I should take the pill same time everyday. Can I have unprotected sex after 1 week of taking it and following the instructions?

I am a 28 year old female I have been suffering a serious hair loss since 5 years ago , I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism 5 years ago and started treating it with levothyroxine, doctors said that hair loss will stop once my levels will be balanced, which they were balanced and tho I still I lost my hair.

I was taking orthotricyclen since 15 years and was told to switch to Diane 35 for better results because it seemed to be more of hormonal acne... (Since I had 1-2 small pustules on the chin only) Since 2 months, I'm having big painful cysts on my chin.. Never had this before... And having a lot of scars from those cysts...

So I talked to my gynecologist and she prescribed me depo shot but I bled like for 1 month and it won't stop so my pcp prescribe me tranexamic to stop the bleeding i tried it for 2 weeks and the bleeding won't stop so I went again to my pcp and he prescribed me diane 35 I took it the first day and it stop my bleeding he told I will have to take for 3 months but now I did a research and I'm on double hormones the depo and diane 35 so I've been thinking of stopping the diane 35.

Greetings. My fiancee (38) is coming from Philippines in two weeks. We are thinking of her getting on birth control so it starts taking effect before she comes to America. May not have enough time to find someone and spend hundreds of dollars for her to get a doctor's prescription for birth control (nor do we have hundreds of dollars) before we marry.
