I had been getting headaches off and on 2-3 days before everything, and put it off as being my sinuses due to being in the heat. I was put back on Accupril 10mg for the blood pressure, and a month later my bp was stable 120/80 or less, althought my heart rate stayed high usually around 120 even when resting.
I am an RN and my boyfriend has been type I diabetic for 28 years,having had better control for the las 5 years with an insulin pump. His BP is controlled, He's been on Accupril 40mg daily for approx 7 yrs. Hgb A1-c is 7.4. His kidney function test have been ok except for his latest BUN/CREAT ratio result of 29(the lab using 6-25 for norm). Should we be worrying, contacting a renal specialist and is there anything else other than tighter BS control and sodium intake that we can do?
Dr that did heart cath wanted me to start Linsopril ace inhibitor but several years ago I tried accupril and had partial swellin on my face so I was afraid to try another ace inhibitor but now I wonder if I should have. The cardiologist I first saw put me on Atenolol, Isosorbide and nitroquick. I was using between 4 and up to 10 nitros a day with these other meds so he added Ranexa. I worry because I have family history of cancer and I have a fatty liver.
Have you heard of alternate uses for Armidex? I have endometriosis stage 4, I had 2 surgeries in 2006, and my surgeon is putting me on Armidex to try to control the pain. Is this a common use for this medicine?

Husband has COPD & uses oxygen 24/7. He has an oxygen concentrator & also uses a CPAP. Recently on just the oxygen his readings are in the low 70's & he can hardly do anything without being extremely out of breath. If he uses the oxygen with the CPAP his readings go into the low 90's. trying to understand why the big difference.
I am told I need one ASAP, but still unsure if it is for hypokinesis or the fact that I have arrhythmias ( MANY PVCs, Vtach, and SVTs). Which position do you play? Are you someone who uses speed and quickness or someone who uses strength, or a goalie who uses agility and girth? And how old are you? If you're young, you don't want to do anything too rash.
