5cm size collection seen in right psoas abscess. At before test of MRI at operation time it was found aaprox 11.0*4.5*5.0 cm size of psoas abscess was noted. Now, after examining the latest report Dr pant said that there is not possible to take out the psoas abscess and he too concluded that this abscess will be eliminated by the tb drugs. and TB consultant has provided me two types of tb drugs 1. Ethambutol 1200 mg and 2. Isoniazid 300 mg and rifampicin 300mg .

Judging by your description, it is most likely a fistula which is a tract that forms from the abscess of your infected tooth that escapes out to the gums. As long as the fistula in intact, your abscess can drain and slow down the spread of the abscess but if the fistula closes up, the abscess can spread rapidly through your face or neck area. I have had a recent MRI scan of my brain and neck that shows a 4th legion in the brain and since my last scan a year ago a syrinx in my spine between 5th and 6th disc due to a protruding disc that has got worse. I have now today been told that the legions do not look like ms at all and the syrinx would be due to degenerate damage and if I get numb arms and legs or pins and kneedles I should go to the emergency dept and probably get a shunt put in.
