3 days ago I competed in a bicycle race (not sure if this is connected to my situation) and a few hours after the event I noticed a small lump on my buttocks quite close to my anus. It was soar to the touch but otherwise no bother. The next morning when I woke up it doubled in sized. By the afternoon it grew to about 2 inches in length and 1 inch wide. It is firm to the touch and seems to be located a little bit under my skin but not so deep that I can not feel it well.
I had two injection one of pain and other of technus or tt one on each of my buttocks, as i had minor head injury which i recovered in a week. But its 4 months since then i have a hard spot like a rock or peanut of around one inch at the injection site. It pains only if i press it. I am really worried is this serious. Its four months now and not going away.

They were noticeably red, slightly warm to the touch, painful when pressure was applied and, over the course of a few weeks, multiplied in numbers/size. They only appeared on my legs and a few on my buttocks. They ranged from a quarter in size to the size of my palm, and numbered around the teens.
Seemed as though they formed in my fat tissue (?) I went untreated and the bumps disappeared within a couples months.
I get these painful red bumps on the inside of my thighs, my waist, and my buttocks. They are painful for a few days, but then the swelling subsides and they begin to decrease in size. Sometimes they will come to a "whitehead" simillar to a carbuncle or boil. I can handle the discomfort, but what I'm wondering about is the scars they leave. They are a brownish tone, and very unattractive, and embarrasing for me.
For quite a few years now, I have suffered with tailbone cysts, cysts between the legs (where my legs end and my buttocks begin), and also I have a long history of tonsil abcesses. The cysts come and go, and when they get irritating enough, I usually can burst them (like a pimple), and they go away for a month or two. I also have several fatty masses on my arms and chest. I had one removed from my arm, and it looked like a tiny bunch of grapes.

The first possibility is of a boil or abscess in the area. The second possibility is of a perineal hernia. It is a hernia involving the perineum (pelvic floor), mostly found in men and often appears as a sudden swelling to one side (sometimes both sides) of the anus.
Second possibility which comes to my mind is of pilonidal cyst.

ve gotten one on my arm, 6 on my buttocks, 4 on my thigh area, and 1 in the pubic area.
I have been to two doctors and both are puzzled. I have 6 itchy bumps on my but for three days. They started as the coloer of my skin and now they are red and purple. They do not hurt but itched very bad for the first few days. I have photos from stars to finish. They started sm and now they are about the size of a nickle. The drs said 2 are filled with liquid. The abscess wound seemed to be healing but I started getting very itchy and red around the area (groin and anal region) and started noticing pimple-like red spots on buttocks. But for the past 11 years I have had a small rash on my buttocks as well right in the crease. Judging by your description, it is most likely a fistula which is a tract that forms from the abscess of your infected tooth that escapes out to the gums. As long as the fistula in intact, your abscess can drain and slow down the spread of the abscess but if the fistula closes up, the abscess can spread rapidly through your face or neck area.
I would recommend seeing a dentist and getting treatment started.
I am 40 yrs old male .i had an abscess on my right hip i consult the doctor ,he suggest me an antibiotic twice for four days.after 3-4 days another abscess develop just 10mm above and again after 2-3 days 10mm another abscess develop but i am taking antibiotic regularly .what are the reason of repeating abscess & what is the permanent treatment to get rid of these.
And they where almost gone now im experiencing a bit of that still but mainly a really bad like muscle strain when i pass stools and when i clench my buttocks and sometimes even when i get up from a chair even know im not really constipated and they are relitivly soft.
You have some skin chafing going on. Its common in both thighs and buttocks. Running in any material not suitable for running in will cause this, as well as a possible sensativity to a certain material or detergent, wearing too tight of pants / underwear, or being overweight. There are other causes, but one or more of the above mentioned is likely your issue. Its no biggie, my husband has always had it on his rear and I have seen several others with this issue.
i put it down to hemorrhoids but then symptoms that followed suggested it could be an anal abscess. (Pain in the anal area or buttocks, Fever, a lump in the anal area)
The first docotor i went to said they were hemorrhoids after visually inspecting them and gave me suppositories and ointment for it.
ve picked up cycling about 40-50 miles per week along with strenuous training and noticed a solo abscess on my labia after a cycle session where I had tight fitting underwear. I have a bum on my gum on the left side of my face behind the last tooth. Some people are saying it might be a caker sore or an abscess. The bump became bigger and I noticed a white substance inside of the bump. It grew bigger than with the help of hot water and salt it began to drain. First question what is this on my gum? How long does it take to heal? and Should I go to the dentist after it fully heals?
