Common Questions and Answers about Abilify generic canada

abilify

Avatar m tn I would also make sure your prescription insurance covers Abilify, as it is still under patent and there is no generic available at this time. For me, without insurance, a thirty day supply would cost about 260 dollars. So I would look into that as well, and, if it isn't covered, then perhaps you could get samples from your doctor.
712802 tn?1274645485 I have been on Cymbalta (30mg 2 X day) for a few weeks (about six) and my doctor gave me some Abilify samples (2mg) to try along with the Cymbalta. I have not been having irrational or psychotic thoughts, but I have been tired a lot. The hope is that the Abilify will give me some energy without side effects. I'm 57 year old male and have been on pain meds for five years due to disc issues, stenosis, severe arthritis, and fibromyalgia.
Avatar n tn I went off Seroquel and tried Abilify and one other (cant remember) but they did not work. I am now backon Seroquel 300 miligrams along with my Lithium and Pexeva. I feel like it doesnt work as well as it did the first time. I went up to 450 with Seroquel, but I am just way too sleepy. Does anyone know a drug that works well with Pexeva and Lithium? My biggest problems are racing thoughts and anxiety when I am off of the Seroquel. Help!
Avatar f tn t mean to hijack this thread, but would happen if someone just started taking Abilify 15 mg, Celexia 10 mg, and Klonopin 1 mg (all generic) for five days and then just stop cold turkey? No prior medication were taken.
Avatar m tn That can vary with each specific medication and its content as well as whether its a generic or not. The active ingredients in the medication itself in all cases are the same but sometimes the other active ingredients might vary for other reasons (such as whether a medication is timed released, coated, etc.
874521 tn?1424116797 Your pharmacist will tell you which generic brand your taking. As far as I know only malikroft is allowed to make the generic form of oxycontin. When you get a generic your RX bottle will list the name brand and the generic name under it.
Avatar n tn They go thru testing to prove that they are just as effective. Canada is the only country besides india that is offering generic valtrex at this time hence why I asked.
Avatar m tn I just saw my doc today and he suggested i go on Abilify also. But when i went to the pharmacist he told me it would be $40 a month for the script. I can not afford that. The pharmacist told me about Effexor XR (that will be going generic July 1st). Has anyone been on this?? Has it helped?? I have also tried paxil, WellbutrinXL, and Prozac. These made me more depressed. I guess i just need some help as to what else is out there that works...
16087137 tn?1445209323 he unofficially assured me about generic versions made in Canada, that can legally ship to the US. I recieved a sample from this company: http://goo.gl/iw450u and am thinking about ordering. Has anyone here ever had any experience with generic versions of Cialis or Viagra? This discussion is related to <a href="/posts/Erectile-Dysfunction/Erectile-dysfunction/show/1092442">Erectile dysfunction</a>.
Avatar m tn I have taken liquid generic Zoloft for five or six years and it's helped a lot. I also take a small amount of Abilify and Klonopin. I have started taking liquid fish oil and I think that it's affecting my medications. Is that possible? I'm feeling a little depressed, angry and annoyed. Any answers and suggestions appreciated!
Avatar f tn Abilify is often activating. Lamictal can make a person manic in higher doses. I did stay on Lamictal comfortably for 10 years but I was only able to last a week on Abilify as it had a caffeine like effect. If they need you to start on an antipsychotic there are other choices and recently a new antipsychotic (similar to the current ones but each person tolerates each one differently) Saphris was FDA approved so when that is released in the pharmacies that's one more choice.
Avatar f tn The online generic Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate Tablet is only 30/300mg for 75USD, or 90/300mg for 145USD, at Canadian Pharmacy King referred by pharmacychecker, so much cheaper than the brand. Is it for real?
603543 tn?1255294450 I highly recommend you try either generic Wellbutrin or generic Remeron. They are both described at this site: http://health.yahoo.com/depression-medications/atypical-antidepressants-for-depression/healthwise--hw29806.html I just started Remeron, and it seems like I feel a whole lot better than I did when I tried the Effexor and Cymbalta.
574118 tn?1305135284 He substituted tegretol with Abilify as my MS. I heard well of Abilify and I happen to have come across http://www.askdrjones.com/2005/02/14/ranking-the-mood-stabilizers/ . To tell you the truth I became happy because I know tegretol needs blood tests, etc…while abilify has a few side effects except some anxiety. I only became suspicious about its potency as a mood stabilizer. Otherwise why do pdocs recommend always one of the triads (lithium, depakote, tegretol) or lamictal lately.
Avatar f tn I just ordered more Cymbalta from Canada who in turn orders it from India. I always get the generic duloxetine from them but this time I also got duvanta.
Avatar m tn In Canada there is a generic form if you cannot get assistance from Novartis (the makers) I use http://www.canadapharmacyonline.com for my albuterol my copay in the US is $35 for 1 ,there I pay $60 for four including shipping. A friend of mine gets his Depakote from there it is so much cheaper, Trileptal I think in generic was $43 for 100 (150mg) generics. Check it out, they will tell you who makes it and what country, most are from Canada. PS.
Avatar f tn I have several different strengths of synthroid (every time they change my dose, it seems like they do it right after I've refilled my script) and none of them say "synthroid" on them. They all have the strength (100,88,50, etc) on one side and appear to be blank on the other side (either that or my bifocals aren't working well tonight LOL).
497950 tn?1255863927 I am bipolar I with mixed episodes. (Also with rapid cycling :) fun stuff...) Has anyone tried any medicines that didn't cause weight gain and didn't cost a fortune. I am on Abilify right now but I am very quickly going to have to change because my insurance isn't that great and it cost me $100. I am on Neurontin and Celexa right now which is great but I can still feel myself going up and down all the time.
Avatar f tn Been on wellbutrin generic for 2 1/2 weeks and feel way more depressed. Is this common?
599945 tn?1240382354 abilify caused twitching, restless leg, face doing it's own thing, tremors, heartburn, inability to think of words i needed. all stopped since i stopped it and took kamedrin for a week to get rid of symptoms. am to pick up ltryptophan tomorrow! worst of all it doesn't come under free meds so have to find money i don't have to get it. am feeling so bad at the moment just trying to stay alive minute by minute that to be honest i wouldn't mind death being a side effect.
Avatar n tn I am in the middle of switching to Abilify as the Zeldox was quite sedating and I want to see if the Abilify will work better. Abilify is expensive though. About $300 for 10mg. If you get government coverage they will have to apply for a special exemption as it is not normally covered. Sorry you are having such a hard time. I think brain damage is even harder to treat than bipolar. I would also try to access mental health service programs. You mentioned DBT which is good.
382218 tn?1341181487 That's Cool! I'm still waiting for the funding to come through between the pharm co. and whatever federal programs might fill in. My insurance will cover NOTHING unless it's generic. I was supposed to get my 1st infusion last week. We'll see what happens this week.
Avatar f tn What is the best way to get help paying for copaxone or is there a generic version that is less expensive? I was hoping to start taking it soon, but Im afraid I can't afford it. Also, has anyone taken the new oral version? Is it less expensive? I was advised not to use it but I certainly will if I can afford it. Plus, what are the other benefits of using copaxone othr than slowing down the formation of new lesions. Will I get my energy back? Will my concentration get better?
1569985 tn?1328247482 I have no experience with Norplace, but I do take generic everything... now even on Metoprolol regular release to get the generic. The generic is about the cost of aspirin (well a bit more but in that price range) and I take Warfarin. I started on Toprol XR then Metorprolol SR, now Metoprolol which I take twice a day (12 hours). Warfarin is just once a day. All generics work for me, or work as well.
