I was recently diagnosed with Panic with anxiety, ADHD, and major depressive disorder and they said it is linked alot to my diabetes. I cannot control my diabetes as much as I try. I dont excercise on a regular basis but I run 2 times a week and walk alot. I can never be still. I test my BS 5 times aday and take anywhere from 7 to 9 shots aday to control my diabetes. I would like to add to that advice that diabetic complications are very real and to encourage everyone diagnosed with either form of diabetes or even pre-diabetes to take responsibility to monitor and control your blood sugars on a daily basis. I got tested using the Abbott Architect here in India. I was worried about Group O and other groups because I lived in Europe for 3 years. All my tests here came back non reactive. I was OK until I found out about the fact that the control for Group O was not available in India, infact it is only available for use in the USand Europe. if the control for Group O is not being used then how can I accept the test to be conclusive?
