Avatar f tn I am looking for a menu eating plan that is already set out for me telling me what to eat fro Breakfast, lunch and dinner, I do not have the time to weigh my food etc. So I am asking can someone help me please! I basically eat anything, not a lover of red meat.
1285110 tn?1420147378 Well I have put in my proposed menu for the next 5 days so there is 7 days woth of data - and I am pretty happy with the results - I don't eat vegitables or salad, pasta, rice, wholegrains... so I often feel and can be made to feel unhealthy in my diet - BUT I seem to be pretty good on the reports - and my blood tests are always fantastic - everything is always in normal ranges - 2 pregnancies not needing iron tablets - so I know I can be healthy on my current plan....
Avatar n tn It might help you lose weight, depending on how small the portions are, but it's not healthy... You aren't eating anything that has protein, at all and what you're eating has very few vitamins/minerals, like B-12, calcium, etc. You need to add some type of meat, dairy, eggs, beans, legumes or something with protein and since vitamin B-12 only comes from animal products you either need to supplement or add some of those animal products to your diet.

Avatar f tn We went to the mall tonight so we had pizza. Tomorrow- Maybe we'll have cheeseburgers. (BIL is coming to stay with us from tomorrow till Saturday or Sunday.) For the rest of the week...we'll have chicken one day...tacos maybe....maybe I'll cook lasagna one day. For us it's really a guessing game....we look in the freezer and decide that morning.
Avatar f tn Its a 7 Day meal plan. You repeat it 2 weeks in a row. Its a basic breakfast with a toast fruit and Coffee or tea (i use semiskimmed milk too) then you have a breakfast and dinner with some kind of Meat and veggies and frut. You can drink water, tea and diet sodas as much as you please. And carrot and celery sticks also. I tend to have a tea or Coffee with milk around 6pm. There are 2 times in the week when you have fruit for Lunch.

172023 tn?1334672284 Exercise is my personal battle. I despise it. I force myself to walk the dogs, but that's about it for exercise. Probably a 30 min walk every other day (poor dogs!) My best advice about the scale is to either NOT get one, or get one that you use once only, midweek. The people who get the most discouraged are those who weigh every day. If they gain, they're despondent and may overeat, thinking "what's the use"? Or worse, severely restrict their eating.

I can eat healthy all day long, then at the end of the day cave completely. I can't let myself ignore my hunger breastfeeding or my supply will completely diminish. I've been eating a good breakfast, good lunch, a snack between lunch and dinner, and then dinner, and a snack later on. I'm having SUCH a hard time eating healthily.

960548 tn?1251288388 That is a little heavy for your height. You're young, though, and have that going for you. Try to get out and get some exercise every day, even if it's just walking. And try to eat healthier. More salads, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, chicken, fish, turkey and lots of water. Try to avoid fried foods and fast food as much as possible.

959034 tn?1253671476 taking just a couple of bites of a healthy food is better than not eating at all. I find eating a larger breakfast does best for me - but that's not true for everyone. If I eat a large, healthy breakfast, I'm less hungry for other meals AND I have the advantage of using up the calories throughout the day............ I don't know what time you get up, go to bed or what your schedule during the day is.
Avatar f tn I was eating really healthy too until recently I bought Dunkin Donuts donut holes and then again and again and again. And bought a tub of ice cream. I definitely started craving more crap at 37 weeks. I didn't crave any of it before.
